Overview of USport Schools/Programs - Academics

Level 1 Academics

• Top academic schools in Canada
• Reputation and prestige
• Global recognition
• High entrance standards
• Little to no wiggle room with admissions
• Limited scholarship opportunities unless top 1%
• Few transfers from top academic programs
• Hard to transfer as an undergraduate

Level 2 Academics

• Similar to Tier 1 academics
• Top programs are outstanding
• Some backdoor programs with lower admissions
• More scholarship opportunities for strong but not top academics
